First Aid and Adult/Child/Infant CPR training
The Thomas County Chapter of the American Red Cross along with Merz Consulting is proud to offer First Aid and Adult/Child/Infant CPR training Friday Feb, 22, 2008 from 9 AM- 4 PM. Training is open to the public and will be held at the Merz Consulting office located at 311 N. Dawson Street, Thomasville, GA.
The charge for this training will be $50 per attendee.
Please call the ARC-Thomas County Chapter or Merz Consulting at 229-228-7445 prior to Feb 20th to register. Space is limited.

Distance Credentialed Counselor Certification for Mental Health Professionals
The Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE) an affiliate of the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC) is offering a new certification. This Distance Credentialed Counselor certification is specifically targeted to mental health professionals as the course content has a mental health focus. CCE has chosen ReadyMinds to deliver the new DCC-MH training. ReadyMinds is a leader in the field of Distance Counseling and has provided services to thousands of clients.
The certification is available to mental health professionals who currently hold the National Certified Counselor (NCC) credential and to other mental health professionals who are licensed to practice independently including professional counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists.
